  • Cancellation and Refund Policy OR “Svana Therapy private limited” does not entertain cancellation, refund or returns after the payment is successfully processed. Clients are requested to proceed with the payment only if they agree with this term.

  • We request you to read and understand the below carefully:
  • We have a ‘No Cancellation, No Refund’ policy once the payment has been processed for any services by Maasika.
  • It is agreed by the client that she knows that Maasika will deploy its employees and utilize other infrastructures for providing services to the client by spending considerable amounts of money and time. Irrespective of the result of the plan, the client hereby undertakes that she will not claim a refund.
  • The client hereby agrees and understands the deliverables of the service signed up for, and hence will not initiate a chargeback once enrolled.
  • A service stands cancelled if the next payment is not received within 30 days of the previous payment.
  • Applicable for Refund:
  • If the client does not get the treatment plan within 30 days from Maasika post payment completion.
  • Maasika is not liable to pay a refund if delay or service disruption happens from the clients end.
